The Queensland Maritime Museum has the perfect event to keep the kids entertained these school holidays! Mariner Days is a three day program designed to give kids between ages 8-12 the opportunity to experience life on deck. The little shipmates will learn to steer a boat, operate a ship’s radio, raise a sail, practise morse code and flag signals and make new friends! Of course, if mum or dad have a love for the high seas they are more than welcome to accompany their children.
