Barbecue Mafia and Crowbar present the next edition of Smokehouse Saturdays featuring the hero – Monster Beef Ribs.

Back by popular demand on Saturday April 22, the gang is smoking up some beef candy! Smoked Beef Ribs have been carefully chosen for their intense marbling and huge portion size.

A Mafia Beef Rib Plate will set you back just $30 plus booking fee or $35 on the night if still available. You get a 300 gram plus Monster Beef Rib, sweet potato and seeded mustard salad, sweet and spicy pickles, white onion, diced pickled jalapeno and freshly baked bread.

The bar will be pumping thanks to the guns at Crowbar – think Mountain Goat beers on tap, spirits, wine and cocktails including the ‘Mafia Mule’ and ‘JD Peach Iced Tea’.

There will also be live music sets throughout the night so grab your squad and make Mafia HQ at Stafford your destination.
