Brisbane Low & Slow BBQ Festival

Brisbane Low & Slow BBQ Festival

The Brisbane Low & Slow BBQ Festival will be held on Saturday July 18 and Sunday July 19, at Wandering Cooks and Fish Lane in South Brisbane. Whether you’re looking for an authentic barbecue feast or products and advice to help you recreate the magic at home, this festival has you covered. Food trucks will help satisfy your cravings, with the option of some take-home dry rubs and sauces. If you’re looking at taking your homemade barbecue to the next level, The Makers Club will be hosting a series of instructional workshops over the weekend. If you’re looking to purchase your own home set-up, there will also be demonstrations from premium smoker brands including Radar Hill, Pro Q, Yoder and Bradley.

The festival has teamed up with local breweries to match brews to your barbecue, and Buffalo Trace Whiskey and Sirromet Wines will also be flowing throughout the event. Mojo Webb & J.B. Lewis will be bringing the Louisiana Blues, along with Cajun Swamp Pop trio, The Baton Jukes, while DJs Cutloose and Gavin Boyd will keep people moving long into the night. Please note pre-sale tickets have now closed, but limited tickets will be available at the door from midday both days.
