Longboarding and mindfulness

In this workshop we combine an action sport with mindfulness practice for young people. Our qualified AIS coaches will introduce participants to basic longboarding skills and the art of slowing down and being more conscious of your surroundings. Longboards and helmets will be provided!

This is a Chillout event suitable for young people from 10-17 years.
