Makers of bucket-list-worthy lobster rolls, Lobster & Co., is coming to Brisbane, parking up at Gasworks Plaza in Newstead from December 14 to January 8. 

Its famous lobster roll creation will have you salivating on site – the wild-caught whole-confit Australian lobster tail is served warm in a brioche bun and finished with fennel slaw and cumquat. Naturally, no meal is complete without a side of chippies and this will be no exception – every lobster roll comes served with a side of golden parmesan truffle fries. To take your meal to the next level, we suggest wrapping your claws – and your lips – around a crisp glass of Pommery Champagne.

Lobster & Co. will be residing at Gasworks Plaza from December 14, with its famous lobster rolls and truffle fries combo priced at $50 and a flute of Pommery Champagne an extra $20.
