Christmas is just around the corner! Hanging wreaths is a special part of that tradition for many families. Come and join Melissa of MJC Botanicals to create a special living wreath this year that can be displayed in your home by either displaying it hanging or as part of centre piece for your table.

The living wreaths she will help you to create are a special unique botanical creation with many different living plant elements that can be enjoyed all year round. This is a multi dimensional workshop split into two parts.

The first part of the workshop will focus on the art of twisting willow to form it into a wreath shape. And the second part, following successfully making the wreath base, you will be taught how to wrap and bind a plants root system and cuttings so that they can be attached to the wreath.

You will leave our workshop with your own wreath that you can continue to train or leave to grow naturally. All plants and related materials are carefully selected by Melissa and provided for this special workshop. Afternoon tea will also be served.
