Local contemporary artist, curator and writer Rachael Haynes will unveil her new exhibition Like A Burden at Metro Arts on Wednesday June 24. Incorporating large-scale fabric works, a drawing remix and a series of lecture performance videos, the collection of works aims to pursue a subjective engagement with feminist histories. The exhibition is open Monday to Saturday and will be complemented by an opening event at 6:00 pm on Wednesday June 24 and an artist talk at 6:00 pm on Wednesday July 1.
