Oui! Oui! Le Cordon Bleu Le Festival 2019 will run from July 5 -7 in South Bank and will showcase a vast range of stalls serving food, beverages, authentic French products, and a variety of French related entertainment.

For the first time, the globally renowned hospitality education institute, Le Cordon Bleu, is a major player hosting the naming rights for the event now known as Le Cordon Bleu Le Festival, which will take the event’s culinary experiences to a whole new level.

Festival-goers can indulge in show-stopping cooking masterclasses, demonstrations and presentations by some of Le Cordon Bleu’s most talented chefs that will highlight the French cooking techniques that have inspired cuisines from all around the world.

Join Daniele Panetta from Le Cordon Bleu in this specially designed youth class. Chef Daniele will guide aspiring young chefs through the steps of making the perfect croissant, from the preparation and lamination of the dough to the shaping and baking of the croissants.
