Following the success of last year’s exhibition, ‘Landscapes, Seascapes & Streetscapes’ returns to Aspire Gallery this April!This exhibition sees artists draw inspiration from their local surroundings and showcases the beauty of all the ‘scapes’ we often just wander by. On show in 2018 is a diverse range of work – with unique interpretations of the land, sea and streets that we at Aspire have not seen before.

To complement the exhibition, experienced artist Robin Wilson is hosting an informal demonstration on Saturday 28 April from 10:30am. Robin will be demonstrating his unique landscape style that incorporates general post- impressionist to expressionist style with mood, colour and pattern being stressed more than realism. This is a unique opportunity to learn first hand from a very talented, and somewhat humorous, artist and see the processes that go into the creation of art!

‘Landscapes, Seascapes and Streetscapes’ opens on Wednesday 11 April and runs until Saturday 21 April . The exhibition will be open from 10:30am to 4:30pm, Wednesday to Saturday. The public is also invited to an Opening Night event on Saturday 14th April, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
