Expect a double dose of sweet & raggedy Alt Country tunes this Autumn when the award-winning Lachlan Bryan teams up with rising up and comer Ben Leece on their Friends & Acquaintances Tour.  The tour kicks off in Brisbane for two shows at The Junk Bar on Friday May 17 and a golden hour matinee show 3:00 pm Saturday May 18.

With a string of awards, countless Aus/International shows and four critically acclaimed albums under their belts, including 2018’s pearler Some Girls (Quite) Like Country Music, there’s no stopping Lachlan Bryan & The Wildes.  Following an East Coast tour with acclaimed American singer-songwriter Hannah Aldridge, and a USA tour through March in support of Nashville icon Amelia White, LB & The Wildes will unveil new single ‘Take It Out On Me’ to coincide with the Friends & Acquaintances Tour before heading to Europe for more shows.

Newcastle based Americana singer-songwriter Ben Leece has been making his mark since the release of his highly praised 2018 debut album, No Wonder The World is Exhausted (produced by Shane Nicholson).   His rich resonant voice & emotive songwriting has seen Ben receive rave reviews and airplay around the country, as well as pick up the ‘Best Alt Country Single’ award for ‘Trace (feat. Tori Forsyth)’ at the global Independent Music Awards in 2018Along with performances at TCMF and Dashville Skyline Festival, Ben has shared stages with Courtney Marie Andrews, Joe Pug, Tim Rogers, Tori Forsyth and more …  listen out for Ben Leece’s new single ‘Nothing (Not Anymore)’.
