La Dolce Vita Brunch
Brunch with a view – is there anything sweeter? The team behind Crystalbrook Vincent’s rooftop bar Fiume doesn’t think so – it’s celebrating the warmer months with the launch of its new springtime La Dolce Vita Sunday brunch offering, which kicks off on Sunday September 12 and runs all the way until the end of November. Every weekend guests will be able to indulge in a three-course brunch that highlights sweet and savoury flavours and ingredients sources from local growers and providores. Expect dishes like house-made baked gnocchi with smoked pancetta, potato cream and a crumbed soft egg, and balsamic baked onion-cured salmon with gin-and-herb dressing, fried capers, horseradish cream and baby beets, while a two-hour beverage package can be added in for lovers of mimosas and bloody Marys. Fiume’s Sunday brunch will be available across two sittings – one between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm and another from 12:30–2:30 pm. Click here to view the menu and book!
