Award-winning chef Josue Lopez will be hosting four special evenings of dining inside the Bromley Room #2 at West Village, each with seven courses paired with premium wines. The menu will showcase amazing and innovative produce such as summer camel sirloin in a dish called Exploration, as well at the taste of new-season lilly pilly that will feature throughout.

Josue is also creating a nostalgic tie to Bromley Room #2’s location within the historic Peter’s Ice-Cream Factory site, taking inspiration to showcase ice-cream in some interesting flavour combinations from his childhood as well as with native ingredients. Savoury and sweet options like a scallop and avocado ice-cream taco will be joined by a rainforest sundae with daintree vanilla – prepare to have your mind blown by combinations you never would have expected.
