Jocelyn Moorhouse: Unconditional Love CANCELLED

Due to a family emergency, Jocelyn will no longer be able to appear at the Brisbane Powerhouse on June 4 2019. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.

Australian writer, producer and director Jocelyn Moorhouse sits down with ABC Radio’s Rebecca Levingston to talk from the heart, with humour and intelligence about her recently released book, Unconditional Love.

Director of The Dressmaker, starring Kate Winslet, Judy Davis, Liam Hemsworth and Hugo Weaving, as well as Proof, How to Make an American Quilt and A Thousand Acres, and producer of husband P.J. Hogan’s Australian classic, Muriel’s Wedding, Jocelyn’s career has had many highs. Yet, in the middle of it all, she gave up her work to care for her two children diagnosed as autistic.

Unconditional Love is a compelling memoir about the road to balancing filmmaking, motherhood and marriage.

Join us for this honest chat about the loves in her life and obstacles she has encountered.
