Japanese Degustation at Bacchus

One of Brisbane’s most cutting-edge dining institutions is delivering yet another must-try culinary experience – this time diving deep into the realm of Japanese cuisine. Inspired by traditional Japanese flavours and techniques, Head chef Massimo Speroni has brought is own interpretation to several classics, creating a five-course degustation menu that will enliven the senses.

Sample dishes such as sashimi with blue-tea dashi and hongarebushi, tempura octopus with wasabi and shiso mayo, handmade square spaghetti served in a mushroom and shiitake broth, Stanbroke wagyu with smoked shoyu and herb salad, and yoghurt mousee with yuzu and caramel. If you are keen on immersing yourself completely, diners can opt to pair your feast with handpicked wine or sake.

The degustation will be available at  Bacchus Restaurant from Wednesday August 7 through to Saturday September 7. Contact Bacchus to make a booking!
