Introduction to Meditation Course

Rest the mind, rest the body and rest the energy with a new 10 week meditation course beginning on Saturday March 11. You will be taken through Dzogchen meditation practices and learn skills on how to focus and calm the mind.

Through the practice of mindfulness and meditation, we learn to be more present in what we are doing. We are less distracted and have less judgement of what we feel and experience.

You are also welcome to participate in our ongoing study course where we will listen to and discuss recorded teachings on meditation and Dzogchen given by revered Tibetan lama, His Eminence Dzogchen Rinpoche.

The course is suitable for those with little or no previous meditation experience as well as those who are experienced.
