Our Introduction to Pilates 4 Week Course is the perfect place to begin your Pilates journey! If you’re looking to learn the foundations of Pilates, including the breathing, the equipment (like our Pilates reformers) and basic anatomy then this is the perfect place to start!

With a focus on precision, Pilates helps to increase body awareness and strength, improve posture and range of motion as well as increasing overall fitness. In the course of the 4 weeks, we’ll look at:

Week 1: Pilates history, breathing, basic anatomy, equipment safety and floor work
Week 2: Introduction to Reformers and Wunda Chairs
Week 3: The Trapeze table and Strength Work
Week 4: Putting it all together

All mats and props are included.
