Join Dr Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots community around Australia to celebrate International Day of Peace in Brisbane at 10:00 am on 20th October 2018 at Kenmore South State School. This event brings together guest speakers, environmental groups, a peace march lead by Queensland’s very own giant peace dove, tree planting and a cake.

A variety of community events are happening across Australia throughout the month to acknowledge the United Nations International Day of Peace from the 21st of September. Roots & Shoots is inviting young people to build peace doves to help celebrate this International Day of Peace event.
