Indian Cooking Class with Rani’s Cuisine
Join Rani from Rani’s Cuisine as she demonstrates how to make three delicious (and completely vegan) Indian dishes. Rani will also share some of her most interesting food stories as she teaches event-goers to make chettinad chicken curry, sweet potato poriyal and five-spice cauliflower.
At the end of the workshop participants will get to enjoy them all together with rice and indian condiments. You will also be able to access the recipes to recreate these dishes at home.
Rani is a local Mauritian chef who regularly features at different Markets in Brisbane and has a delicious retail line of curry pastes and spice blends. Her workshops are fun and interactive during which Rani entertains us all with stories of her homeland and loves answering curious questions!
