This fun and friendly workshop is designed to give you a quick opportunity to experience improvised theatre. We will run through some simple improv activities and show you what we love so much about improvisation. Improv is the skill of performing with no preplanning or script. It is also a philosophy of communication, creativity and connection. It is a fun, challenging art-form which teaches skills which are useful both in every day life and performance. Impro is invaluable for actors or creatives who want to be faster on their feet and explore their creative processes. It also valuable for non-performers as it teaches skills relating to communication, confidence and teamwork. Plus, its fun! Improv is an incredibly accessible art-form, and our friendly class will be enjoyable for people from all backgrounds and level of experience.
