What better way to ring in the new year than surrounded by loved ones with bubbly flowing and a fireworks spectacular?

With Howard Smith Wharves located under the Story Bridge, there truly is no better vantage point to see the shows on the river. There will also be street performers, kids’ activities and live entertainment.

With two fireworks shows to cater for both the little and big kids of the family, the first show will go off at 8:30 pm, and the second right on the dot of midnight. Felons Brewing Co. will be open to the public from midday, with a range of ticketed events available across the balance of the precinct.

Public access through Howard Smith Wharves precinct will remain open throughout the evening, except for an hour before each firework display when the New Farm Riverwalk will be closed.
