Honouring Tradition


Honouring Tradition, Kay Kane’s first Australian solo exhibition, is a collection of representational nudes, portraits, still life and landscape paintings and drawings created during a 45-year career as fine art practitioner and teacher.

Kay Kane studied at the prestigious St Martins School of Art and the Central School of Art and Design in London. She attained a Doctorate Fine Art Postgraduate Degree at the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University where she would also go on to teach life drawing for 18 years.
