Harvest Dinner

Harvest Dinner

The iconic Brisbane Marriott, in collaboration with Regional Flavours, Queensland’s annual premier food and wine festival, is excited to announce its latest culinary affair: Harvest Dinner.

On Thursday 18 July, celebrity chefs Justine Schofield (Everyday Gourmet) and Alastair McLeod (Queensland Weekender, Ready Steady Cook) will take diners on a journey through the Sunshine State as they breathe new life into Queensland’s most renowned produce.

While guests savour a specially-curated five-course feast – including dessert crafted by Justine herself and beverages to complement each dish – both celebrity chefs will be on hand to talk through the locally-sourced ingredients and delicious flavours being served-up at Brisbane Marriott’s Harvest Dinner.

The Brisbane Marriott recently celebrated its 21st birthday with a $20 million-dollar renovation, including a full transformation of its signature restaurant, and Harvest Dinner venue, Motion Dining. Set amongst a stunning backdrop of the city’s most renowned sights including the Brisbane River, Story Bridge and Kangaroo Point Cliffs, Brisbane Marriott is the perfect setting to celebrate all things Queensland and kick-off the 2019 Regional Flavours festival.

Marriott Bonvoy members will also receive an exclusive $10 discount off each ticket purchased.
