Halloween Horror Double Feature
Kristian Fletcher Events presents the spookiest way to spend a weekend – the Halloween Horror Double Feature hosted by Ghoul Shadows!
The New Globe Theatre will be converted into a house of horrors this Halloween, where you can experience a double feature of cult 70s horror classics in an authentic 70s cinema.
Drama Queen Productions and Perfect 10 Pictures will present live horror performances from 3:15 pm, and Ghoul Shadows will be doing horror story readings. There will also be a photo area, makeup booth and roaming performers to really take things next level. Don’t forget to gorify yourself, as there are prizes on offer for the best dressed.
Screening 1:45 pm is the 1978 classic Halloween, featuring the terrifying Michael Myers returning to terrorise his hometown of Haddonfield. The film also stars a young Jamie Lee Curtis, tipping the nostalgia factor into overload. Next up at 3:30 pm is the iconic 1974 slasher The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, where an idyllic summer afternoon drive becomes a nightmare for a group of teenagers when they stumble on Leatherface and his family.
