Good Food Club: Brisbane Food Dynasties
Hear from Brisbane’s prominent food families and identities on how Brisbane’s food culture has grown and evolved over the past 50 years.
Dean Merlo of Merlo Coffee, Ian Campbell of Barambah Organics, and Jasmin Robertson of Roza’s Gourmet will present pecha kucha presentations to share their experiences of Brisbane’s food industry and discuss what they envision for city’s food future.
The Good Food Club is served with a side of beautiful acoustic music and afternoon tea featuring local, bespoke teas from the West End Tea company, hand-crafted old-fashioned soda by the BNE Soda Co. and a sweet treat from Jocelyn’s Provisions.
