Global Fiesta is the second event in the three-part Regional Flavours food-and-wine festival, which is serving up some of Australia’s most celebrated chefs and local producers on a platter. Across three succulent sessions over the weekend, Global Fiesta will spotlight the city’s rich multicultural diversity and fare at South Bank.

Revel in roving entertainment, immersive performances and a colourful street party, delight in cooking demonstrations and devour bites from a vibrant marketplace showcasing cuisine and craft celebrated across the globe.

You’ll be able to learn the salsa, drink sangria and woof up tangy tacos. Plus, you’ll even be able to get up close and personal with esteemed chefs including Louis Tikaram, Josh Lopez, Peter Kuruvita, Aunty Dale Chapman and more and be captivated by their skill and craftsmanship as they create renowned global dishes.
