Join us as the Moreton Bay region comes together to celebrate all things creative at the Generate Festival. Generate is a brand new two-day festival that will celebrate creative!

Held at Caboolture; the Moreton Bay Region’s creative hub, the inaugural Generate Festival will feature immersive light installations and light shows, outdoor galleries, pop-up laneways, art installations, music, and street performers.

Live Entertainment
Generate will host a huge range of live entertainment over one great weekend. The USC Main Stage welcomes live performances from talented musicians including local alt, pop, rock, and soul sensations Phenix, and Brisbane’s Roots and Funk outfit, Fat Picnic – who each perform both days of the festival.

Music fans will also be treated to performances from The Dreggs, Dan Horne, The Dosed, Efiq Zulfiqar, Jason Daniels, and Bullhorn. And don’t miss the live dance performances scheduled for both days on the Generate USC Main Stage and at the Street University.

Art & Installations
Wander through the Sculpture Trail and enjoy the range of sculptures including the giant cubes which will be designed live on Saturday and on full display Sunday. The Black & White Cabs Laser Show will take place each evening for a thrilling display of colour, light, and action.

Junior Generate
Junior Generate will feature a range of workshops and creative activities for the young artists among us. Kids will find their inner muse and let their imagination run wild to create memorable masterpieces.

Fun Palaces
Libraries and museums will come together to offer patrons two days of hands-on workshops and experiences. Visitors will be able to explore science, robotics, art and culture at the Caboolture Hub Fun Palace on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 October. Everyone’s a scientist and everyone’s an artist with these hands-on activities.

Createopia
Dive head first into creative workshops and activities in Createopia with Silks Circus Workshops, Tote-ally Awesome Bags, Cajon Drum Workshops and Instrument Workshops.

Handmade Lane
Handmade Lane will feature a range of displays and workshops including Glitter Body Gel, Mini Macrame Hangers, Branch Weaving, and Origami Boxes.
