By visiting the new Brisbane store you’ll get to see what goes on behind the scenes, meet the chefs and even learn a few sneaky trade secrets.

So, what does a ticket get you? You learn the Messina story, a little history about the brand and what sets them apart from other gelato pushers. Then, the good stuff – a front row seat to see how the gelato is made, including inside secrets and (of course) tasting everything that’s made. Punters are treated to a four-course gelato degustation with a menu specifically created for the class – some of these flavours are seriously creative, people. Next stop on the tour is the dashing pastry chefs showing off their gelato cake skills, which you then get to eat the spoils from.

When class is out, enjoy free reign of the gelato cabinets. You can try as many flavours in the cabinet as you can handle – time permitting, see if you can get through all 40 flavours. Top it all off with a take-home tub so you can relive the magic from the comfort of your couch – yasss.
