Frosty Fun for Kids

Frosty Fun for Kids

Get ready for some Frosty Fun for Kids at the Queensland Maritime Museum on January 20, 22 and 24.

These fully supervised activities are a celebration of all things Antarctic and cold. Making ‘snow’, Antarctic origami and paper dolls, drawing of real taxonomy Emperor Penguins and a Husky with the help of professional animal artist Kathryn McGovern, and everyone’s favourite – cupcake decorating with an Antarctic theme.

To add to the experience, the Queensland Museum has provided two ‘touch trollies’ of genuine polar artefacts from Australia’s Antarctic bases.
