Chef Ben Devlin from pop-up Beerkary Bakery fame has joined forces with food-business incubator Wandering Cooks to launch the weekly initiative, which will see two different styles of cuisine or food themes go head to head each week. Purchase as many $4 tokens as you like and choose from a range of plates valued at $4–12, then place your votes, which will see the winner play again the following Friday.
