Covent Garden are welcoming the new year with a very special event – a sublime four-Course Native Australian Food and Wine Degustation dinner. A chance to indulge in some of the world’s most amazing flavours, as well as a great opportunity to celebrate our truly unique heritage, all whilst all profits will be donated to Firesticks Alliance Indigenous Corporation.

Prepare for a mouthwatering experience, pairing Australia’s very distinctive wines with a scrumptious Native Australian inspired dishes. Think butter poached yabbies with lemon aspel gel, muntharies, bush pepper, lemon myrtle … not to mention a lilly pilly suprise dessert!

Course 1: Wattleseed damper, with bunya nut pesto
Course 2: Butter poached yabbies, with lemon aspen gel, finger lime and yabby oil
Course 3: Wallaby, with muntries, lemon myrtle, bushpepper jus
Course 4: Lilly pilly, with stingless bee honeycomb
