What is forest bathing yoga? Do you need to get out of the city? Want to get back into nature? Need some space to breathe? Have no time or money to get away? Then come and try yoga in the forest. Free!

As part of the Active Parks program from Brisbane City Council, every Thursday morning from November 1st, Laura Luck teaches a gentle and relaxing yoga class on the deck of the sensory trail at Downfall Creek Reserve in West Chermside.

Breathe in the beauty of the forest and breathe out the stresses of daily life as you stretch and release any aches and pains and finish with a deep relaxation.
