Feeling like your New Year’s resolutions have fallen by the wayside? Kickstart February with a weekend of fitness! Discover one of the many fitness classes Brisbane City Council has on offer – everything from cardio and boxing to yoga, strength training and Pilates to help keep you active and healthy.

Why not mix your fitness routine up and go on a kayak fishing adventure? Learn more about the local fauna and flora, get active and you might even catch dinner. Find your centre and come along to yoga by the river. You don’t need to be a yogi; this class is suitable for everyone. You can even try your hand at deep water running for a low impact cardio hit in the pool. Or challenge yourself and step up your cardio with a boxing class. Best of all, most activities are free or low-cost. Some activities require bookings so plan ahead.
