In 2017, First Coat Festival is rapt to confirm that more than 20 artists from across the nation and the globe will be joining in the fun. A prominent regional arts project, First Coat draws together high-calibre artists to create a permanent gallery of street-artworks in the heart of Toowoomba, Queensland, making arts and culture accessible through the transformation of public space.
