An epic winter escapade of fire and ice is coming to the Brisbane Night Market to ignite the last eight weeks of winter, starting from Friday July 5!

The weather may be cool in Brisbane, but things are firing up at the Brisbane Night Market! To celebrate the winter season, we are throwing an epic eight-week event series inspired by the elemental forces of fire and ice.

Warm up your Friday night at Brisbane Night Market!

As the epicentre of fresh produce in Queensland, at Brisbane Markets we are all about farm fresh ingredients… as the sun goes down here at the Brisbane Night Market we are celebrating the transformation of these ingredients into the flavours we love to eat

Using fire and ice as cooking techniques, the stallholders at the Brisbane Night Market will deliver seam busting comfort foods, decadent desserts and warming beverages including mulled wine!

Rug up in your warmest winter coats, beanies, scarves and boots and get ready to sit by fires, enjoying great live entertainment, winter warming eats, mulled wine and craft beers.

It all takes place in a fairy-light lit warehouse where Queensland’s best producers buy and sell fresh Queensland produce every week.

It will be a family wonderland every week, with kids inflatable world, family entertainment, dance parties and winter-themed activities.

Warm up your winter with tasty street food, roaring fires, deliciously spiced mulled wine – only at Brisbane’s home of food, Brisbane Markets.

The event series runs from J uly 5 to August 23 every Friday night from 4:00–10:00 pm.
