The Art of Eating will be at Wandering Cooks teaching the magic of fermented foods Saturday April 9 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. For $85, get started on your own sauerkraut, kombucha and kefir drinks. Starter kits are included with simple step-by-step instructions to get you and your scoby brewing, even if you’ve never fermented before.
