Calling all gin lovers! In partnership with Four Pillars, Blackbird Bar & Grill is hosting a one-night-only event celebrating great gin and delicious dishes.

Indulge in a four-course feast curated by Head Chef Tim Young, complete with an expertly paired gin cocktail for each course. When it comes to the sips, you’ll be taken on a journey by Four Pillars Queensland brand ambassador and host, Ben McCauley, as he explores the world of gin from conceptualisation to finished product.

Each guest will also receive a Four Pillars take home pack including a 200-ml bottle of gin, Four Pillars marmalade and Strangelove tonic mixers, so that you can continue your gin journey at home.
