ENTWINED. An artistic response to the Australian Landscape

ENTWINED. An artistic response to the Australian Landscape

The brutality of the Australian bush is also the creator of its unique beauty.
Here, themes of connection and flow, boom and bust and life and death play out, just as they do in our own lives and relationships.

In Entwined, three artists explore these concepts and their connection to our natural environment through drawing, textiles and ceramics. Influenced by the colour, textures, patterns and forms found in our local landscape they present an exquisite body of work that aims to provoke a visceral connection to the South East Queensland landscape.

Various workshops will be running in the gallery space during the exhibition. Beginner’s clay, ceramic vessels, charcoal drawing, linen + leather bag, and slow stitched flora can all be booked via www.kismetartdesign.com/entwined
