From Thursday March 23 to Monday May 3, W Brisbane will serve up a slice of everyone’s favourite European holiday destination, inviting guests to sip on spritz and snack on Mediterranean-inspired eats from its riverside location. Delicious ocean bites will include hand-picked mud crab and pickled cucumber fingers and gnocco fritto with whipped cod roe – yum! So you can daydream that you’re beachside in Italy, W Brisbane’s Level Four oasis will be transformed into a sun-soaked oasis full of umbrellas and sun lounges for guests to sit back, relax and enjoy an Aperol Spritz.
