Effervescence Champagne Festival
Pop the cork and charge your glass – tickets are on sale today for the third annual Effervescence Champagne Festival.
Conceived by champagne educator Amanda Reboul in 2016, Effervescence celebrates Champagne the region and champagne the wine, with an indulgent day of food, wine and music in the glorious countryside outside Grandchester, just an hour from Brisbane. Guests can also buy the champagne they’ve tasted and enjoyed at special prices, delivered to their door.
Effervescence is excited to welcome lauded French chef Bruno Loubet as our 2018 chef-ambassador. Bruno has recently returned from the UK where he opened Bistrot Bruno Loubet and The Grainstore to great acclaim. He will be demonstrating on stage the art of food and champagne matching and fielding questions from MC Fiona MacDonald.
And if a day isn’t enough, Effervescence is again offering the exclusive VIP Champagne Weekend, (August 31 to September 2) with a limited number of couples (or friends) who will experience a total immersion in champagne, with three days of lavish champagne breakfasts, lunches, dinners and masterclasses.
This year, Effervescence is pleased to welcome Diamond Sponsors, WA’s Truffle & Wine Co and Brisbane’s Xennox Diamonds. With every booking, Xennox is giving away a $200 voucher to spend in their store, while the Wine and Truffle Co. are providing luxurious amounts of truffle to be incorporated into dishes for the weekend guests.
