Ecco Ripley Footy Clinic

Sekisui House and Ipswich Jets have teamed up to host Ecco Ripley’s second Footy Clinic, following the overwhelming success of its inaugural clinic earlier this year.

The theme of the event will be heavily focused on grassroots football by connecting young, aspiring rugby league players with local clubs. The event will support upwards of 250 children aged between five to 15 years, focusing on the basic skills required to play league.

The clinic is being hosted by Sekisui House, developer of the $500 million Ecco Ripley masterplanned community. It follows a key sponsorship deal signed with the Ipswich Jets earlier this year.

There will be an inaugural Ipswich Jets v Ecco Ripley touch football match to conclude the evening. Nine clinic participants will be chosen to play for the Sekisui House team alongside Michael Purcell, while the Ipswich Jets team will consist of current and former players and coaches.

In addition to the Footy Clinic, Alara Queensland will be selling food and drinks on the day with funds raised going towards helping people with a disability.

A 2018 Family Season pass to the Brisbane Broncos is also up for grabs.

Admission is free but registration in the Ecco Ripley Footy Clinic is a requirement prior to the event day. Please visit here to register.
