Easter Wreath Workshop at Museum of Brisbane
Elevate your Easter decor and create your own botanical masterpiece at the Easter Wreath Workshop at Museum of Brisbane (MoB) on Saturday March 16.
Facilitated by master florist Geraldine Hore, the owner and creative director of Bouquet Boutique, the all-inclusive workshop will guide you in creating a beautiful long-lasting wreath with dried and preserved botanicals – the perfect centrepiece for your Easter celebrations that you can admire year after year.
Inspired by MoB’s current must-see exhibition, Rearranged: Art of the Flower, the 2.5-hour workshop will give you the skills and confidence to create your own masterpiece, and also presents a very special opportunity to learn from an industry leader in floral design. With expertise spanning native-flower cultivation through to floristry styling and design, Geraldine Hore is incredibly generous with her knowledge and creativity – and she’ll inspire you to think differently as you create your everlasting Easter treasure.
Why not check out Rearranged: Art of the Flower while you’re at it? The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and entry is free.
The Easter Wreath Workshop at Museum of Brisbane kicks off at 10:30 am on Saturday March 16. Places are strictly limited – be quick to book your spot via the MoB website.
