See acclaimed director Christopher Nolan’s (Interstellar, Inception, The Dark Knight) epic WWII thriller Dunkirk ahead of the season in immersive 70mm at Palace Centro cinema. This presentation offers cinema goers a chance to appreciate the full spectacle of Nolan’s epic masterpiece in an extra special cinema experience.

Based on miraculous true events, Dunkirk follows the British rescue of allied soldiers from the beaches of Dunkirk, France during WWII. The film begins in May 1940, when Germany advanced into France, trapping Allied troops on the beaches of Dunkirk. Under air and ground cover from British and French forces, troops were slowly and methodically evacuated from the beach using every serviceable naval and civilian vessel that could be found. At the end of this heroic mission, 330,000 French, British, Belgian and Dutch soldiers were safely evacuated.
