Welcoming in the new year, Mitchell Fine Art launches its 2016 exhibition calendar with ‘Director’s Choice’. Gallery Director Mike Mitchell has carefully selected artworks from the galleries current collection and the exhibition highlights some of the finest works in stock. Showcasing a mix of Australian Contemporary, Aboriginal and International artists the criteria for a works selection is quality. The artworks are some of the Director’s favourites and whilst not necessarily expensive pieces they are some of our most striking artworks. This exhibition features stand out works from George Gittoes, Frank Gohier, Adam Cullen and Nancy Kunoth Petyarre amongst others.

The exhibition is on display from Wednesday February 3 until Saturday February 27 at Mitchell Fine Art. The gallery is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
