Brisbane Riverview Hotel and TW Fine Art are set to delight the senses of guests with a special art-infused dinner in partnership with Taltarni Wines on Friday March 27, 2015.

The first in a series of bespoke events designed to reflect the property’s art focus, guests at the dinner will enjoy an elegant eight course degustation menu created by Brisbane Riverview Hotel Executive Chef Chris Jackson and Taltarni Winemaker Adam Torpy.

The exquisite menu features local produce paired with fine wines from the French-influenced Taltarni vineyard. Mouth-watering Lobster Carpaccio will be matched with 08 Clover Hill Rosé, Darling Downs Wagyu Sirloin will be enjoyed with a Taltarni Reserve Shiraz and White Chocolate and Blackberry Mousse will be complemented with a Codun Cut Sauvignon Blanc.

Guests will experience a visual feast across the evening with TW Fine Art unveiling a digital collaboration with dancers from the QLD Ballet. The multi layered work fuses dance, film and visual art to create a 21st Century digital painting in motion.
