Dinner Under The Stars
As part of the Valley Fiesta festivities, kiosk. will transform Bakery Lane into a magical al fresco dinning setting for an intimate three course banquet for Dinner Under The Stars.
The menu will include an entree of compressed watermelon & haloumi salad w. toasted fennel seeds, shaved fennel & young herbs, a choice of main between ricotta gnudi with candied pumpkin, brown butter and crispy sage or rosé-braised spring lamb with buttered peas, Persian feta and torn mint, and a choice of sides between salad of spring leaves with chardonnay vinaigrette and crispy quinoa or vichy carrots with lemon, thyme and walnut. Dessert will be I Heart Brownies brownie with mocha cookie dough ice cream and seasonal berries.
