Madame Wu, 6FT6 Wine and Patient Wolf Distilling Co. are teaming up to throw a dinner party to remember as part of Dine BNE City. On Wednesday June 12, dine against the dazzling backdrop of the Story Bridge, with multiple courses of modern Asian dishes made with fresh Queensland ingredients, lovingly paired with a matching glass of 6FT6 wine or a carefully mixed Patient Wolf cocktail. 

Sit back with kingfish sashimi with finger-lime dressing while sipping on a lychee spritz or crisp prosecco. Pair fried zucchini flowers stuffed with goats cheese and red pepper salad with a rosé or a Rose and Thorn cocktail. For mains, enjoy tea-salted duck,  soy-milk-braised pork, kimchi jjigae and wok tossed greens alongside a pinot noir or a pinot noir gin inside a French 66. Then linger over a cheese board with a glass of shiraz or a New York Collins.

This palate-pleasing event will kick off at 6:30 pm and tickets can be purchased for $120 per person.
