Spring racing and seafood come together this Melbourne Cup day at Darling & Co. Darling & Co will be putting on a three course seafood lunch that celebrates local produce, as well as plenty of live entertainment, premium drink packages and Fashions on the Field.

For just $219 per person, you can indulge in fresh seafood and champagne all afternoon. The menu features spanner crab, barramundi, tiger prawns and natural pacific oysters. The seafood lunch ticket price includes the four-hour premium beverage package.

The four-hour all-inclusive beverage list includes premium wines, local and craft beers, premium spirits, Veuve champagne, Aperol Spritz and Espresso Martinis. The beverage and canapés package can be purchased separately for $179 per person.

There will be live coverage of the Melbourne Cup race on the big screens, Fashions on the Field and DJ sets by Mikki Blue and Frisky Disco.
