Nia is a feel good movement practice that invites you to move your body for the sheer joy of it. During your community class expect to kick off your shoes, dance and move to a global mix of music while being guided by a qualified Nia instructor. The vibe is fun and welcoming.
The steps are simple – and no-one worries if you get it ‘right’ or not.
