Discover one of the oldest photographic print-making processes that harnesses the power of the sun in this Cyanotype Workshop for Kids. Early photography in Brisbane started with daguerreotypes – a photographic process dependent on exposure to sunlight to deliver a clear image.

Join us for a fun, creative session at this hands-on workshop, where children can learn about the process while they create their very own prints using the effects of the sun. Please note that you will need to book for this workshop to secure your spot. Please arrive five minutes early to the session. Participants are welcome to take their prints home on completion of the workshop.

This event is suitable for children ages five and over – bookings are for children only, but parents/carers are welcome to stay to observe the workshop.
