Creative Lunch Times

Creative Lunch Times

It’s lunch time, what are my options in this neighbourhood?

Spend your lunch time in the gallery, chill out, chat and connect with bite-sized creative activities for grownups.

Art and creativity play an important role in social connection and wellbeing. Research shows that just 2 hours a week of arts engagement significantly improves mental well-being. So, be inspired by the exhibition Know my neighbour and drop in for a neighbourly chat.

Easy and fun activities will be on offer with different projects each week. Make pom poms, hexagonal flowers, eye pillows, a collage and so much more.

Complete your craft activity in one hour or take away to continue the fun. Join local craft queen, Mel Brady who will be on hand to facilitate. Why should the kids have all the fun?

Crafternoon is part of Moreton Bay Regional Council’s Know Your Neighbour Program 2020.
